About the Role
The Studio is looking for a Senior Architect with advanced technical design skills and a keen interest in BIM coordination. As a Senior Architect at Studio Oniki, you work collaboratively and make an impact within the team. You will lead architectural projects from concept through application and coordinate it with other disciplines. You balance design production with pl anning and coordination, working closely with the team, partners, and clients. You are expected to bring ideas to design reviews, develop clear technical solutions, and prepare effective presentations that communicate concepts well. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of impactful, contemporary and sustainable architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
7+ years of professional experience in architectural design or project coordination
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM coordination
Strong skills in SketchUp and Lumion are preferred, though we also welcome experience with other 3D software
Ability to work well within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
